About the Roles
We have exceptional opportunities for passionate and driven Customer Journey Coordinators to join our Customer Operations team. These roles will be instrumental in delivering world class customer service to our customers as they travel on the Metro Network.
Reporting to the Customer Operations Manager, these frontline roles will be responsible for managing first response incidents and ensuring adherence to safety standards at all times while delivering exceptional customer service on our Metro Network.
These are shift work positions which include working on 24/7 rotating 12-hour shifts on stations and/or trains (including early starts, weekends, public holidays and peak periods).
These roles will work along the Sydney Metro M1 line into the Sydney CBD and Sydenham until the network extends to the southwest.
These are permanent full-time opportunities.

As part of the selection process, applicants will complete merit-based selection activities and will be assessed for a Category 2 Rail Safety medical which will include a drug and alcohol test, and a criminal record check.
Training Program
If you've been successful in the recruitment journey, you'll begin our full training program. You'll cover a range of topics including rail operation fundamentals, personal safety, emergency procedures, customer service and first aid. Training involves written and practical components in which you will need to achieve competency.
Classroom based training is held at our Learning Centre located in Tallawong.
